The following Terms and Conditions apply to all shipments handled by Fastrans Intermodal to the extent not superseded by a signed written agreement issued prior to dispatch. These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into any Load Confirmation Sheet or pickup acknowledgement executed by Fastrans. Any rate quotation does not include accessorial rates and Carrier’s cargo liability is limited to no more than $100,000 or the amount of liability declared on any through bill, whichever is less without compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
